Empire Protection is led by security professionals with direct operational experience across executive protection, corporate security, secure transportation, intelligence-led planning, and high-profile events.
Mitesh co-founded Empire Protection after 13+ years in security management, executive protection, and threat and risk assessment. His protective work has covered executives, high-net-worth individuals, public figures, dignitaries, athletes, and members of royal families. He also brings experience in corporate investigations, open-source intelligence, and travel risk management, and has built protective programs from the ground up. Mitesh teaches at Mohawk College and sits on the GBTA Risk Committee.
Neil co-founded Empire Protection and leads operational strategy, deployment planning, and service delivery across protective services, secure transportation, corporate security, and event security. He brings 13+ years in security operations, executive protection, and risk management, with protective deployments for executives, high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, dignitaries, and corporate clients. Neil's approach is operations-first: logistics, personnel deployment, and quality control — executed rather than theorized.
Vlad supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Empire's protective services, secure transportation, event security, and field operations. His background in protective operations and field leadership shows up in the detail: operator selection, deployment coordination, and the day-to-day standards that keep a program accountable. Vlad's role is making sure every operator in the field is properly briefed, prepared, and supported.
