Empire Protection is a service company first, and a security company second. By this we mean that we are an organization that promotes customer excellence and have earned a strong reputation for going above and beyond for our clients. We are firm believers of the following philosophy: the only way you can only trust somebody with a big task is to see how they handle the smaller one. However big or small the task, we will make sure it is taken care of.

Industry leading training programs
The Ministry of Ontario mandates that all security guards must complete the basic security guard training course to obtain their security license. Although, this course is important in getting your license, it does not provide sufficient training after one gets their security license. Here at Empire, we have developed industry leading training programs for our personnel, which teach our officers how to make use of their most powerful tool, their words. Our officers are carefully chosen and well-trained in customer service, problem solving, conflict management & de-escalation.
